Lake Arenal is one of the most famous places to visit and now you will have the opportunity to do it better
on bicycle. This adventure will take you around the lake crossing some rivers having the spectacular active Volcano view.
ITINERARY
The following is a general outline for the Arenal Volcano/Lake Arenal Adventure Tour. Costa Rica Ride Green Adventures reserves the right to make alterations and substitutions to the itinerary as weather or terrain conditions dictate or as necessary to improve the tour quality or to accommodate the comfort, convenience, and well being to our riders.
DAY 1-Hotel Pick-Up
Our Costa Rica Ride Green Adventures guide will meet you at the hotel; we’ll leave the city and drive about 3 hours
to our hotel at La Fortuna in San Carlos. We will have a tour around town looking to relax and be prepare for the
next day trip. Dinner will be part of the night.
DAY 2-Riding over the Lake and Volcano
After a good Costa Rican breakfast at the hotel we will venture deep in the deep forest around the lake crossing
rivers enjoying the biodiversity that area offer. You also will get the spectacular volcano view and at the middle of
the trail at the lake border will we enjoy a nice break to enjoy the nature. Coming back to the starting point we will
stop at the Observatory so you will have the opportunity of the best Volcano view right there in front of you. Then
at night we will relax and ready to dinnertime! Also you can the option to enjoy the hot springs at the area to relax
your muscles, body and spirit.
DAY 3-Other adventures options & return
From our pals at the hotel we will plan to have other adventure options that you can have and enjoy yourself to
continue having fun. Check out at midday leaving paradise in order to drive you back to the hotel.
